The North West StreetGames festival on Friday 21st August 09 at Sportcity in Manchester was attended by over 1,300 young people taking part in a variety of sports activities. The free rock climbing wall was manned by City Climb as part of the adventurous activities section.
The unique urban adventure 5k race, Urbanathlon was held at SportCity in east Manchester on Sunday 2nd August 09. City climb supervised a purpose built bouldering rock climbing wall as one the event obstacles. Over 800 cahrity fundraisers took part in the event and the wall was one of the most popular obstacles. A free state of the art portable rock climbing wall expertly supervised by City Climb instructors was also free attraction at the event as part of the impressive Party in Park festival at the finish area in Phillips Park.
A free state of the art portable rock climbing wall expertly supervised by City Climb instructors was a free attraction at the Manchester 10k held on Sunday 5th July 09 at Sportcity in Manchester. The charity run managed by Sports Tours International attended by over 2,000 runners. After completing the 10k charity run the free rock climbing wall was the main attraction at the activity arena with long queues all day.
City Climb staff expertly supervised a free state of the art portable rock climbing wall at the Great Manchester 10k run held on Sunday 17th May 09at the GMEX in central Manchester. After completing a 10k charity run the free rock climbing wall was the main attraction at the indoor charity village. Even after the grueling 10k run in the Manchester rain hundreds of people found enough strength to take on the wall!
City Climb staff expertly supervised a free state of the art portable rock climbing wall at the Tesco mini run held on Saturday 16th May 09 at Sportcity in Manchester attended by over 5,000 children & their families. After completing a charity run the free rock climbing wall was the main attraction at the activity arena with long queues all day.
